Chef Arielle Gusto and I created this Mediterranean Recipe Pack for humanOS. Her cooking style is a direct reflection of her upbringing and surroundings. She was born in Paris to a Franco-Tunisian father, raised in the Bay Area and then married an Italian baker, so my cooking is soulfully and authentically Mediterranean. These recipes speak to the zeitgeist of our time re-interpreted the traditional diets of Italy, France and North Africa through the lens of California's farmers markets.
