We unfortunately cannot provide a user a refund once they have purchased a Month of our Pro Plan Subscription.
This is stated in our Terms of Service Under Paragraph 10 Section B
“All payments for the Premium (“Pro”) membership Services (“membership subscription”) are not refundable. ”
