In addition to those terms contained within the Terms of Service of HumanOS (the “Company”), which are available here:
and are incorporated herein by reference, the following terms shall apply to all subscribers of Coaching Services (each a “Client”):
- Services Included with Subscription:
- The Company shall provide 1-on-1 live coaching session via Zoom, Teams or other mutually-acceptable video-conferencing service, or phone.
- Three coaching sessions shall be provided during the first month.
- The first session is 60 minutes.
- Subsequent two sessions are 30 minutes, each.
- The second and third month of the Initial Term (defined below), and any subsequent months, will include two 30-minute sessions per month.
- Year-long access to HumanOS Pro (term starting from the date purchase of the coaching program).
- Access to Chat-hOS - our proprietary bot training on the content from humanOS. This service is only available to people who sign up for the coaching program (term starting from the date purchase of the coaching program).
- Conversation follow-up and action items after each coaching session.
- Weekly check-ins and updates from the Company’s coaching team.
- Additional coaching time may be purchased by Client subject to availability. The cost of additional coaching time will be based on current per call rates for additional session number and session time blocks (30 or 60 minute sessions) intended to be purchased.
- Fees / Term:
- 3-month initial commitment (the “Initial Term”), which will be charged as follows: $299 for the first month, and $199 for the second and third months.
- The subscription will continue monthly thereafter at the rate of $199 per month until cancelled as set forth in Section 3.
- Billing will occur monthly, beginning on the initial subscription date, and will continue on the same day of each month thereafter until subscription is cancelled by Client. The foregoing rates are subject to change after the Initial Term in the Company’s sole discretion.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Client may cancel their monthly subscription at any time after the Initial Term by providing 10 days’ notice to the Company, by sending an email describing such cancellation to [email protected].
- Cancellation requests received less than 10 days prior to the next billing cycle will be effective at the end of the next billing cycle.
- Miscellaneous:
- Client agrees to allow Company to use Client’s anonymized data for research purposes.
- Meeting cancellations require 12-hour notice to the Company by emailing [email protected].
- No refunds shall be issued or rescheduled meetings offered for any missed meetings, or any meetings cancelled without providing sufficient notice.
